Job summary

You will develop, maintain and report on schedules, coordinate with owners, GC and subcontractors, and travel 25–50% locally between offices and job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a construction scheduler.
• Experience with electrical subcontractors required.
• Ground-up construction experience preferred (healthcare, water, wastewater).
• Experience with owners reps, GCs and subs.
• Proficient with Primavera and MS Project; knowledge of Bluebeam and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement internal scheduling tools.
• Review GC monthly schedules and 3–6 week look-aheads.
• Update project health reports for the team and office.
• Develop scheduling requirements from contract baseline and risk levels.
• Incorporate change orders into baselines and perform time impact analysis.
• Identify schedule risks via weekly comparisons and MS Office tools.
