Summit Electric Supply seeks a Project Quotations professional in Texas to generate pricing from vendors for new quotes and ongoing projects. You will create Bills of Materials from blueprints or advise customers on design-build products, working closely with sales teams and customers to deliver accurate quotations.

The role emphasizes accurate pricing, vendor negotiations, and close collaboration with CSR’s and Account Managers to maintain high service standards and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience handling project quotations process (highly preferred) or estimating construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of lighting, lamps, and related products.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written.
• Strong time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to be flexible and adapt to change.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Provide customers with complete, comprehensive, competitive, and accurate project quotations proposals.
• Assist customers in person, over the phone or internet with Summit product questions, quotations, and orders.
• Ensure quote accuracy with attention to detail.
• Determine and provide customers product pricing, negotiate with suppliers, and procure materials for orders.
• Partner with CSR’s, Account Managers and other Summit associates as needed.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
