Job summary

Lonestar Electric Supply seeks a Project Manager to oversee projects from purchase order to completion, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate billing. The role emphasizes customer service, organizational efficiency, and clear communication with electricians and contractors.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of independent project ownership, familiarity with Bluebeam and Excel, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced construction

Qualifications

• Project management certification is preferred.
• Construction or Electrical Distribution knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to work with customers and provide excellent service.
• Strong computer skills with Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multi-task while staying organized.
• Demonstrated adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Experience working as part of a team.
• 1–2 years' experience owning and completing projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills with exemplary phone manners.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team and customers to understand the scope and timeline of projects.
• Participate in meetings involving the client’s project and coordinate handoffs from sales to PM.
• Gather information to accurately purchase and procure material.
• Issue purchase orders to manufacturers and representatives.
• Ensure material is received, stored, and delivered correctly.
• Coordinate all material deliveries with customers.
• Complete accurate billing in a timely manner.
