Job summary

CyberCoders seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman for Sacramento with 5+ years in commercial/industrial electrical work. You will manage multiple contracts, prepare budgets, schedules, submittals, and ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes safety, review of drawings and RFIs, permits, OM manuals, and warranty documentation. You will drive prefabrication with the field, mentor foremen, and pursue LEED AP accreditation within six months.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and industrial electrical background.
• Proficient in NEC and electrical code compliance.
• Experience estimating and budgeting electrical projects.
• Ability to manage schedules, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Capability to coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain gross margin targets and profitability on all projects.
• Manage up to six electrical contracts concurrently and organize future work.
• Acquire new work with a hit ratio of 10%.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and project profitability.
• Build relationships and drive profitable opportunities with clients.
• Drive prefabrication with the field and train foremen.
• Assist in LEED AP accreditation within six months.
