Job summary

RIMEPRO INC in California seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee HVAC and Plumbing scopes on commercial construction projects from start to finish.

You will manage schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and vendor coordination, while maintaining direct communication with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and field teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience with a mechanical contractor (HVAC/Plumbing)
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Bluebeam; experience with Quickpen/Accubid preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of HVAC and Plumbing scopes on commercial construction projects
• Oversee project schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and billings
• Coordinate with vendors to secure optimal pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain close communication with superintendents, foremen, journeymen, and QA teams
• Work directly with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors to meet project goals
• Ensure work is performed in compliance with project timelines and quality standards
