Job summary

Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking a Project Manager to ensure all jobs are managed from purchase order to completion, coordinating with electrical and general contractors, manufacturers, and reps to deliver on time and bill accurately. The ideal candidate may have a PM certification, knowledge of construction or electrical distribution, excellent communication, and strong computer skills (Bluebeam, Excel).

1–2 years’ independent project experience is desired.

Qualifications

• PM certification preferred.
• Construction or Electrical Distribution knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with phone manners.
• Strong computer skills, especially Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multi-task while staying organized.
• 1–2 years' experience owning and completing projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team and customers to understand project scope and timeline.
• Attend client meetings, including sales-to-PM handoff and jobsite coordination.
• Gather information to accurately purchase and procure material.
• Issue purchase orders to manufacturers and reps.
• Ensure electrical scope material is received, stored, and delivered correctly.
• Coordinate all material deliveries with customers and vendors.
• Complete accurate billing in a timely manner.
