The role emphasizes adaptability, strong communication, and superior customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of independent project ownership, proficiency with Bluebeam and Excel, and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Project management certification preferred.
• Construction or Electrical Distribution knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication and service to customers.
• Proficient with Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 years' experience owning and completing projects independently.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and customers to define scope and timelines.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate handoff from sales to PM.
• Gather information to accurately purchase and procure material.
• Issue purchase orders to manufacturers and reps.
• Ensure material is received, stored, and delivered correctly.
• Coordinate all material deliveries with customers.
• Prepare accurate billing in a timely manner.
