Job summary

Knobelsdorff Enterprises in Sweetwater, Texas, is seeking a results-driven project leader to own large-scale construction programs. You will oversee schedule, budget, safety, and customer satisfaction, guiding teams across field, office, and support functions on data center, industrial, and heavy commercial projects.

Travel is REQUIRED. You will coordinate with clients, manage change orders, and drive risk mitigation while delivering on-time closeouts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing onsite construction projects (heavy commercial, data centers, or industrial projects required).
• Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven experience managing customer expectations and resolving issues.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with project financials, forecasting, and reporting.
• Preferred: Procore, Viewpoint, or similar tools.
• Preferred: Managing subcontractors and change orders.
• Travel is REQUIRED.

$110,000 - $160,000
