Job summary

ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical, communications, and fire alarm disciplines for complex NYCT projects, notably the Broadway Junction Station Complex under MTA Contract A37130.

The role coordinates subcontractors, develops schedules, manages resources and payments, and ensures collaboration with Transit Authority services to achieve seamless project delivery from design through close-out. Salary ranges and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience serving as an Electrical Project Manager on large MTA infrastructure projects.
• 10+ years of experience on NYCT stations projects.
• Knowledge of NYCT standards for electrical, communications, signal, and fire alarm systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with scheduling and CPM, project controls, and procurement processes.
• Compliance with safety training like OSHA 30 and NYCT Track Training.
• Compliance with MTA Drug and Alcohol Testing Protocol.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical, communications, and fire alarm scopes and related subcontractors for NYC transit projects.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules; manage resources and procurement.
• Coordinate with Transit Authority services, designers, and owners; review shop drawings and submittals.
• Lead planning, execution, and coordination across all construction disciplines.
• Manage project close-out activities including final payments and admin deliverables.
