Job summary

Dubak Electrical Group LLC seeks an Assistant Electrical Project Manager to help manage electrical construction projects nationwide from preconstruction through closeout. You will partner with the Project Manager to meet scope, cost, and schedule goals while ensuring client satisfaction and safety.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and coordination across electrical, mechanical, civil, and structural teams, with a typical project value range from $250K to $4.5MM.

Qualifications

• Electrical field experience on industrial/commercial projects.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and related trades.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing.
• Ability to assist with multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to project sites (75%+).
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in overseeing full project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout.
• Support budgeting, scheduling, change management and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, labor resources and field supervision.
• Assist multi-trade installation coordination (electrical, mechanical, civil, structural).
• Ensure safety, quality and contract compliance across projects.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare technical documents, proposals and presentations.
• Provide value engineering analysis to optimize cost and efficiency.
