You will manage schedules, budgets and client relationships, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and procurement to ensure safe, on-time, profitable delivery.

The role emphasizes Lean Construction practices, adherence to standards, and the ability to navigate contracts and change orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/CE or equivalent education/experience
• ≥5 years PM experience in electrical construction preferred
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and contracts
• Strong communication and multi‑priority management skills
• Leadership in project teams and client relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, forecasting, cash flow and overall financial performance.
• Build and maintain strong client and team relationships through meetings and clear communication.
• Develop and execute project plans by reviewing drawings, specs and contracts; coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, procurement, subcontractors and documentation.
• Drive operational excellence by applying Lean Construction principles to improve safety, quality and productivity.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with company standards, processes and safety expectations.
