Job summary

Qualifications include seven+ years in construction project management, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Seven or more years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong financial literacy and business acumen to deliver profitable project portfolios.
• Understanding of construction management documents, contracts, and the financial/operational aspects of projects.
• Proven ability to lead and develop project teams across field, procurement, client, and other relationships.

Responsibilities

• Leading projects from kickoff through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, forecasting, cash flow and financial performance.
• Driving disciplined financial performance through forecasting, cost/margin management, reviews, billing, and risk identification.
• Building and maintaining strong client and team relationships through communication, meetings, and collaboration.
• Executing project plans by reviewing drawings, specs, contracts, coordinating manpower/equipment/materials, procurement, subcontractors, and change orders.
• Developing project-management talent by coaching and mentoring team members.
