The role includes recruiting, strategic leadership, and coordinating the Special Projects Group.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in construction/account management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong proficiency with Office tools.
Qualifications
- 8+ years construction and/or account management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering or Finance preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn company-specific software.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety awareness and compliance across projects.
- Oversee top and bottom-line financial performance of projects.
- Assign projects and close out completed ventures.
- Recruit field employees and managers for project execution.
- Provide high-level strategic sales and leadership of staff.
- Resource the Special Projects Group to meet goals.
