Job summary

Lee Company is seeking a skilled foreman supervisor to lead mechanical construction projects in Tennessee. You will manage a group of foremen, coordinate field crews, plan and direct work, and ensure safety and quality on projects ranging from $1M upwards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 4+ years of supervisory experience in electrical contracting, and proficiency with drafting systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of related supervisory experience in electrical contracting.
• Project experience exceeding $1–3 million on a single project.
• Knowledge of drafting systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other required applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned group of foremen responsible for mechanical construction projects.
• Direct and coordinate personnel in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Plan, assign, and direct work assignments.
• Appraise employee performance, reward, and discipline as needed.
• Address and resolve employee concerns.
