Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical and automation projects in Wisconsin. The role includes general management of construction projects, supervising staff, and ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

You will network with clients, develop new business, coordinate with Purchasing and vendors, and participate in project and financial meetings. Proficiency in MS Office is required; Accubid and AutoCAD are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction/related field required.
• 5 years electrical field experience and 1 year electrical estimating.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects.
• Ensures projects are completed safely, profitably, on time, and to customer expectations.
• Identifies and generates new business; builds customer relationships.
• Coordinates with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination.
• Attends project and staff meetings; reviews performance and conducts appraisals.
• Coaches staff and conducts performance reviews; manages wage increases.
• Supports HR in recruiting and employee relations.
• Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating Department.
• Oversees jobsite visits to ensure progress and safety.
