Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager (Electrical) in Sterling, VA. You will lead multi-site projects, oversee a team of project managers and assistants, and drive cost control, scheduling, and client relationships.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, safety, and collaboration across stakeholders. The position requires 10+ years in electrical construction project management, a strong financial acumen, and proven ability to develop opportunities with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Eng., or related discipline.
• PE license is a plus and valued in leadership roles.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management for electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Supervise Project Managers and Project Assistants.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage progress billing.
• Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor schedule and budget to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client relationships.
