Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company in Oklahoma leads major construction projects nationwide. The Electrical Project Manager will oversee direction, completion and financial outcomes for assigned projects, mentor on-site staff, and apply strong leadership and communication to serve clients.

You will manage safety programs, change orders, subcontractors, and project closeout, with attention to schedule, cost control, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Has completed OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification and First Aid & CPR Training and Certification.
• Effective Communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Proven experience with Manhattan document control and schedule software.

Responsibilities

• Practices implementation of Operation Zero and all Manhattan safety policies.
• Manages Change Order Negotiations with Subcontractors and prepares Change Order Requests.
• Lead Owner/ Architect/ Contractor Meetings and Pre-Con Meetings.
• Manage Project Closeout and labor cost analysis.
• Oversee Master Schedule and project execution planning processes.
• Identify and manage risk to mitigate project issues.
