Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Electrical to lead and deliver medium to large-scale electrical projects from planning through commissioning.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget and quality while coordinating cross-functional teams, stakeholders and contractors to ensure safe, timely and profitable project execution. The role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge of electrical systems, and hands-on construction site experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing electrical projects in construction, industrial or commercial settings.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, switchgear, lighting and control systems.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Primavera, Procore or similar).
• Hands-on construction site experience and understanding of construction means and methods.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own project plans, schedules and budgets for electrical projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Lead project execution on site and remotely, coordinating contractors, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project performance (cost, schedule, quality) and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and variances.
• Prepare and review contracts, change orders, progress reports and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, industry standards and safety regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC, local codes and OSHA requirements).
• Conduct site inspections, installation oversight, testing and commissioning activities to verify workmanship and system performance.
• Facilitate client and stakeholder communication, provide regular status updates and address technical and commercial issues promptly.
• Implement quality assurance and control processes, maintain project records and handover documentation.
• Mentor and lead project teams, promote a safety-first culture and enforce HSE policies
