Job summary

Verrus, a respected electrical contractor in Wisconsin, seeks an Electrical Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will coordinate with field operations, estimating, procurement, and internal teams; manage budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements; ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery; and maintain strong customer relationships on multi-site assignments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Act as key point of contact for customers, subcontractors, vendors, field leadership, and internal teams.
• Manage project budgets, contracts, schedules, documentation, and overall financial performance.
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Maintain project quality standards and ensure work meets contractual and technical requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, plans, and other project documentation.
• Identify and resolve project conflicts, scope concerns, schedule impacts, and other issues.
• Coordinate with purchasing and procurement teams to ensure materials and equipment are available.
