Job summary

Veracity Electric LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role manages budgets, schedules, procurement, field operations, and client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong electrical construction knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for developing teams and delivering successful projects while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the commercial electrical industry.
• 3+ years of project management experience in construction or electrical contracting.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and construction processes.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, manpower, and project costs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical plans.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through closeout. Maintain project budgets, forecasts, WIP reports, and cost tracking.
• Develop and manage project schedules, manpower forecasts, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate procurement, submittals, and material deliveries.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor labor productivity and support field leadership.
• Collaborate with foremen to resolve project challenges and maintain quality standards.
• Enforce project safety plans and company safety policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, general contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Mentor and support the development of field leaders and team members
