Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams across the project lifecycle.
• Manage customer work orders across multiple streams from initiation to billing.
• Prepare, manage, and report on project pipeline and backlog.
• Ensure field construction aligns with customer priorities and deadlines.
• Facilitate meetings with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Review and manage project schedules and constraints; support customer objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Serve as primary client contact for coordination, scope management, and compliance.
• Develop and implement project policies, procedures, control systems, and execution plans.
• Ensure deliverables and services meet client expectations.
• Provide regular updates on progress, costs, schedules, procurement, safety, environmental concerns, design issues, and billing to leadership.
• Foster positive working relationships with internal teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary to minimize delays.
• Manage change orders effectively.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, including IT-related enhancements.

Education, Experience, and Credentials

• 10+ years of relevant experience or a university degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
