Job summary

Jobot in Round Rock, Texas, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee full lifecycle delivery of medium-voltage electrical construction projects. You will manage from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring budgets, schedules, quality and safety objectives align.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of electrical construction project leadership, strong blueprint reading, and proven cross‑trade coordination.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and control diagrams.
• Proven experience leading teams and coordinating across trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from initial planning through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost projections, and budget forecasts.
• Lead subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract administration.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Align field production with schedule and cost performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain profitability.
• Lead internal and external project meetings.
• Interface with municipal clients, utilities, engineers, and inspectors.
• Handle RFI submittals, change orders, project forecasting, and reporting.
• Maintain positive working relationships with owners, vendors, and internal teams.
