Job summary

Kodiak Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an Electrical Project Manager with a strong healthcare construction background to lead AHCA-regulated projects throughout South Florida. The role focuses on managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and QA/QC, while coordinating with owners, GCs, engineers, AHCA reps.

Competitive base salary 110,000–130,000 plus bonus and vehicle allowance and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Electrical Project Management experience.
• Strong electrical systems knowledge and full project lifecycle management experience.
• Experience with AHCA plan reviews, approvals, inspections, and documentation.
• Experience working in occupied healthcare environments, shutdowns, and infection control procedures.
• Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA 70, NFPA 99, NFPA 101, OSHA, emergency power, fire alarm, nurse call, and low-voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout.
