Foundry in Miami, FL is seeking a Construction Project Manager for healthcare projects. The role covers preconstruction to closeout, coordinating with the Superintendent, APMs, subcontractors and client. Base salary reaches up to $130,000 with annual bonus, vehicle allowance, and benefits.

Construction Project Manager – Healthcare

Miami, FL | Up to $130,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits + Vehicle Allowance

We’re working with a highly regarded General Contractor in Miami that is looking to add an experienced Construction Project Manager to its healthcare team.

They have a strong pipeline of work across South Florida and are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects while becoming a long-term part of the team.

The Role

As Construction Project Manager, you’ll manage healthcare projects from preconstruction through to closeout, working closely with the Superintendent, APMs, subcontractors and client.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing projects from preconstruction through completion
• Budgets, schedules, contracts and procurement
• Subcontractor buyout and management
• RFIs, submittals and change orders
• Working closely with the field team to keep projects on schedule and budget
• Managing relationships with owners, architects and subcontractors
• Monitoring project costs and overall performance
• Supporting and mentoring APMs and Project Engineers

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for Project Managers who have worked for a General Contractor and have experience within healthcare construction.

Experience with hospital renovations, medical facilities, ground-up healthcare or construction within active/occupied healthcare environments would be particularly attractive.

You should be comfortable taking ownership of projects and working directly with clients, subcontractors and the field team.
