Job summary

Feyen Zylstra, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for the Charlotte, NC office to lead large commercial and industrial electrical construction projects. You will manage scope, budgets, and timelines while prioritizing safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has a construction PM background with 5+ years of experience and proficiency in Bluebeam, Accubid, and MS Office. Travel regionally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience in construction project management.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management with experience managing multiple large projects; electrical construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Bluebeam, Accubid, and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to travel regionally to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall direction, financial and risk management of large commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.
• Maintain safety as a top priority on all project sites.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
