Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting in Charlotte, NC is seeking a hands-on Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead complex projects from award through closeout. You will own project financials, schedules, and client relationships, delivering on-time results for commercial and industrial builds.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years PM experience in commercial electrical construction, manage $3M-$10M+ projects, and thrive in a field-driven, team-oriented environment with a focus on quality and relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Commercial electrical construction background required.
• Experience independently managing projects valued at $3M-$10M+.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial electrical projects from award through closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, change orders, and project profitability.
• Build strong relationships with clients, GCs, vendors, and field teams.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and maintain field visibility.
• Drive schedules, financial reporting, and project execution.
