Job summary

Feyen Zylstra is seeking a Project Manager for our Charleston office. This role leads large commercial and industrial electrical construction projects, focusing on direction, finances and risk management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction project management, a related degree, and proficiency with Bluebeam, Accubid, and MS Office. Travel regionally is required; a pre-employment drug screen is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience; electrical construction preferred.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Accubid, and MS Office Suite; ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direction, financial and risk management of large commercial and industrial projects.
• Manage people, resources, goals and deliverables with safety as a top priority.
• Design project scope and deliverables into full-scale plans with timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with GC, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams on site.
