Job summary

Feyen Zylstra in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead onsite electrical installations in commercial and industrial settings. You will supervise crews, troubleshoot, and coordinate maintenance to ensure safe, on-time project completion.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory electrician experience, strong knowledge of NEC and blueprints, proficiency with Bluebeam and MS Office, and a proven ability to train and mentor teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• 3+ years of supervisory electrician experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of NEC electrical code, permits, and safety procedures.
• Travel regionally to project sites as needed.
• Proficient in Bluebeam and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installations in commercial/industrial settings.
• Troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and coordinate field activities.
• Lead crews to achieve safe, on-time project completion.
