Job summary

RESA Power, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to support Electrical Testing and Field Services customers by coordinating with sales, engineering, and operations to deliver proposals and post-order support. The role involves reviewing RFPs, interpreting drawings, estimating hours and materials, and developing costing spreadsheets.

Travel up to 30% is expected and a strong focus on customer service and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or experience equivalency.
• Ability to read and understand complex blueprints, schematics, parts lists, and technical materials.
• Field Service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with inside and outside sales team.
• Occasionally perform job walks with sales staff at customer sites.
• Review customer RFPs, engineering drawings, and technical content.
• Read and interpret electrical specifications and drawings.
• Estimate work hours, materials, travel, and logistics to meet scope.
• Develop proposals and costing spreadsheets for jobs and projects.
• Maintain knowledge base for proposals and collateral.
• Handle cancellations or changes in sales orders and communicate with related departments.
• Coordinate with production for order status to meet delivery commitments.
• Generate accurate reports and monitor proposals and quotes for timely submission.
• Communicate with clients and management to resolve issues.
