N/A is seeking an Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to join a growing team supporting commercial and light industrial projects across the Pacific Northwest. The role combines bidding, securing, and delivering electrical projects from start to finish in a hands-on environment.

The candidate will collaborate with clients, field teams, and leadership to win work and ensure successful delivery, while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical estimating and project management experience.
• Proven ability to estimate projects between $1M–$10M.
• Strong electrical background in commercial or light industrial work.
• Experience with tools such as Procore, Accubid, Bluebeam, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates and bids.
• Manage projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and execution.
• Track costs, materials procurement, and forecasting.
• Solve job site challenges and keep projects on track.
