W3Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager in Washington to lead large-scale commercial projects, guide project teams, and maintain strong client relationships. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of PM and estimating experience, NEC knowledge, and proficiency with industry tools. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; PMP and PE are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial electrical project management and estimating experience on large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong financial, contract, and risk management skills.
• Knowledge of NEC, construction practices, and industry standards.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Accubid.
• Leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification preferred; PE license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial electrical projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop project execution plans, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Provide technical leadership to Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and project teams.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as primary contact.
• Manage project finances, change orders, procurement, subcontractors, and contracts.
• Partner with General Foremen to optimize labor, equipment, and material.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor Project Managers and promote continuous improvement.
• Support business development with proposals and client presentations.
• Lead closeout activities including warranties and as-builts.

About This Role

Client is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead multiple large-scale commercial electrical projects while providing leadership and mentorship to our Project Management team. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and at the highest level of quality while strengthening customer relationships and driving operational excellence.

• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities and assisting with proposals and client presentations.
• Lead project closeout activities including documentation, warranties, as-builts, and lessons learned.
