Job summary

Mastercraft Electric, Inc. in Pacific, WA is seeking a Service Team Assistant Project Manager/Estimator to support the Service Department by preparing estimates, coordinating projects, and managing logistics.

The role requires experience in the commercial electrical field, strong communication, and organizational skills to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. You will work closely with the Service Team Manager, electricians, subcontractors, and customers, handling bid opportunities,

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in project management and/or estimating.
• Experience in commercial electrical trade.
• Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam and Accubid.
• Experience estimating/managing electrical service projects from $1k to $500k.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job walks and pursue bid opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Prepare estimates and bid proposals for electrical service projects.
• Support Service Team Manager with project updates and urgent bid requests.
• Serve as primary contact for customers throughout project lifecycle.
• Manage timelines, change orders, and project documentation from start to finish.
• Prepare contracts, purchase orders and return trip quotes.
• Coordinate subcontractor scheduling and jobsite logistics.
• Schedule equipment and lift rentals as needed.
• Ensure materials are ordered and communicated to field personnel.
• Collaborate with estimators, PMs, and staff to support department operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
