Job summary

MYR Group Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects, focusing on cost estimates and scheduling. The role involves preparing labor/material estimates, managing day-to-day activities, and coordinating with clients and field personnel.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in electrical PM/estimating, a relevant engineering degree, and proficiency with Estimating tools and MS Project/Primavera. On-site work in a field office is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management and/or estimating experience in electrical construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; exceptions possible with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project construction schedules.
• Prepare complete cost estimates (labor and material) for projects.
• Review and monitor job costs versus budgets.
• Prepare bills of materials for purchasing.
• Coordinate field walk-downs with customers and subcontractors.
• Assist in change orders and project lifecycle tracking.
