A dynamic electrical services provider in Washington is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will manage multiple commercial electrical projects valued between $1M and $3M and will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and overseeing projects from inception to successful completion. This role is responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial electrical projects as well as managing awarded projects from start to finish. The Project Manager/Estimator is expected to work independently and ensure the job needs are met from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Experience estimating and managing commercial electrical projects, ranging up to $1M-$3M in value
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to effectively communicate with all parties of the construction team
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple jobs at once
• Driver’s License

Preferred:

• Degree in Construction Management
• 5+ years project management experience
• Proficient in a PDF editor, accounting software, and Accubid
• Commercial electrical trade experience

Compensation:

• $110,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

• Pacific, WA 98047 – Must reside in the area and be willing to commute.
