Sturgeon Electric Company, a MYR Group subsidiary, is seeking a Project Manager I or II to oversee cost estimates and operational activities on commercial and industrial electrical construction projects in Colorado. The role includes site work, travel to project sites, and a company vehicle and fuel card.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management and estimating experience in the electrical industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Prepare project construction schedules
• Submit Requests for Information to clients
• Manage day-to-day activities of assigned projects
• Coordinate meetings, schedule updates, deliverables, and address outstanding items for clients
• Review and monitor job costs versus budgets
• Prepare complete cost estimates (labor and material) for commercial & industrial projects
• Schedule and attend field walk-downs with customers, subcontractors, and construction personnel to understand constructability requirements
