Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience with electrical project installation.
• At least two years with electrical construction, design, finance, and management.
• Ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in the company system, department software, and typing is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Bid, takeoff and prepare cost estimates.
• Prepare preconstruction budgets and scheduling.
• Process contract drawings and specifications and oversee conformance.
• Process shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, etc.
• Process and manage change requests and change orders.
• Prepare schedule of values and billings.
• Monitor materials, equipment and labor costs and report on quality.
