Job summary

Conti LLC is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee the daily operations of electrical construction projects, coordinating planning, execution, budgets, and team performance while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned electrical professional comfortable working across multiple project types and willing to travel to project sites as needed to support project execution, client meetings, and field operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical project management experience.
• Experience in Industrial, Commercial, Data Center, and Renewable Energy projects.
• Proficient in estimating software such as McCormick, Accubid, or similar.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license; willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review proposals, blueprints, and specifications to determine labor, materials, and timelines.
• Resolve project discrepancies through analysis and coordination.
• Communicate with internal teams, contractors, and clients for effective project execution.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Monitor progress and report on status, variances, and financial performance.
• Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships.
• Implement change management processes and issue change orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents and construction standards.
• Travel to project sites as required to support project execution, client meetings, and field operations; this role may require regional or national travel depending on active project assignments
