Elite Executive Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects in Childress, Texas. You will oversee project teams, coordinate with field leadership, and manage client relationships from planning through completion.

The role emphasizes strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control, with accountability for safety and quality across multiple trades.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, specs, and sequencing.
• Experience managing project teams, subcontractors, procurement, and client relations.
• Proven ability to forecast, budget, and control costs on commercial projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Monitor financial performance, labor productivity, and profitability.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, and field leadership for execution.
• Handle procurement, material planning, subcontractors, vendors, and docs.
• Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Manage owner/GC communications and project reporting.
• Identify risks and develop solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors, and trades.
• Manage billing, change management, and documentation.
• Support punch-list and project closeout activities.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
