tggaccounting seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Estimator for commercial construction projects in the Seattle area. You will lead bidding, preconstruction, and execution, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preparing estimates, reviewing drawings, coordinating with vendors and field teams, and managing schedules and budgets across multiple projects valued from $1M to $10M. This full-time role offers growth and stability.

Formación

• 5+ years in Electrical Project Management and estimating.
• Commercial electrical construction experience.
• Experience estimating and managing projects valued 1M–10M.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong customer-facing skills.

About the Opportunity:

A respected and growing commercial electrical contractor with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, long-term employee retention, and exceptional customer service throughout the Pacific Northwest is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to help drive business growth while leading projects from preconstruction through completion. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in both winning work and ensuring successful project execution.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare accurate electrical estimates and competitive bid proposals
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis
• Identify project risks and opportunities during the bidding process
• Participate in bid reviews and project handoffs
• Manage commercial electrical projects from award through closeout
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, labor utilization, and procurement
• Forecast costs and project profitability
• Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships
• Resolve project challenges proactively to keep projects on track
• Conduct local project site visits as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Electrical Project Management and/or Estimating experience
• Commercial electrical construction experience
• Proven experience estimating and managing projects valued between $1M-$10M
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project execution
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $110,000 - $155,000 Base Salary
