Job summary

Goodall Brazier is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects across a diverse portfolio in Washington. You will oversee planning, execution, budgets, and closeout while maintaining client, vendor, and internal team relationships.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PM within electrical construction, strong knowledge of codes, and experience with DDC/building automation controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience within electrical construction.
• Experience managing project financials, schedules, and client relationships.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and applicable codes.
• DDC and Building Automation Controls experience required.
• Design-Build project experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of contracts, scope development, and project documentation.
• Experience with estimating software such as McCormick, ConEst, or similar platforms preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial planning through successful completion and closeout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
• Provide regular project status updates and percent-complete reporting.
• Lead estimating and takeoff activities for electrical service, commercial, industrial, and tenant improvement projects.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and project proposals.
• Manage contract administration, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated project solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Salary: $145,000 - $190,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Full Benefits

A well-established and growing electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Washington. This position offers the opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of electrical, controls, commercial, industrial, and tenant improvement projects while working for an organization with a strong reputation, healthy backlog, and long-term growth plans.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, financial management, and closeout of projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
