Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a Project Manager to oversee smaller projects or portions of larger, complex projects. You will lead a project team, ensure schedules are met, and develop client relationships with regular status updates to clients and leadership.

The role requires a four-year engineering degree (or applicable experience), 5+ years of experience, and strong project management and subcontractor oversight. Proficiency in CADD, ERP, and Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • Proven ability to manage small teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience managing subcontractors.
  • Strong computer skills, including CADD, ERP and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel.
