Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You’ll Do
  • Lead electrical construction projects from kickoff through completion
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost control
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project scope
  • Handle RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
  • Ensure projects meet safety standards and contract requirements
  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, owners, and internal teams
What They’re Looking For
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects
  • Experience working on union electrical projects (IBEW environments preferred)
  • Background in commercial or industrial electrical construction
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and moving parts on active job sites
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Accubid and LiveCount
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or construction software
  • Exposure to design‑build electrical projects
Education
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
