Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and coordinate electrical projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a company on an upward trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to define project requirements and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, electrical codes, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee installations and resolve field challenges.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience managing electrical projects, preferably in commercial, industrial, healthcare, or infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, including both low and high voltage applications.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform under pressure.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
