About the Opportunity

A leading electrical contractor in the Alpharetta area is hiring an experienced Electrical Project Manager and SR Electrical PM to oversee high-volume commercial retail projects. The ideal candidate brings strong field knowledge, job costing ability, and the organizational skills to handle multiple ground-up and TI (tenant improvement) projects for major brands.

Project Types

• Ground-up and TI retail builds
• Typical project size: $1M–$5M
• Clients include: Walmart, Target, Kroger, national grocery and retail chains

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate with field teams, superintendents, clients, and subcontractors
• Oversee budgets, labor forecasting, materials, and schedules
• Maintain strong relationships with retail clients and general contractors
• Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance standards are met

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in electrical construction project management
• Proven experience with commercial retail projects (TI and/or ground-up)
• Skilled in project planning, cost control, and multi-project coordination
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Must be based in the Alpharetta, GA area — relocation not offered
