Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Project / Construction Manager for an 18-month project in Lubbock, TX. You will lead execution on a major Data Center project, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and client satisfaction while managing a project team.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of electrical construction management experience, particularly on Data Center projects, and possesses strong leadership skills. A PMP certification and an Electrical Engineering degree are preferred.

Electrical Project / Construction Manager

Location: Lubbock, TX

Duration: 18-Month Project

Pay Range: $60–$85/hr DOE

Schedule: 13 Days On / 1 Day Off | 6 x 12-Hour Days

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project / Construction Manager to lead execution on a major Data Center project in West Texas. Responsible for overall project execution, including safety, budget, schedule, quality, client satisfaction, and team leadership for electrical construction projects.
