Job summary

The State Group is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for Delta Services, based in Louisville, Kentucky. This role leads complex electrical projects, directs subcontractors, and ensures safety and quality standards across multiple facilities in the region.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electrical project management, a construction management or related degree, and experience with large-scale industrial projects. We value leadership, communication, and a proactive risk-management mindset.

Qualifications

• 5 years of electrical project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Industrial projects experience with a minimum of $25M scope.

Responsibilities

• Project management and coordination of complex electrical projects.
• Direct subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Manage project schedules including creating new schedules and updating existing ones.
• Manage administrative tasks and project execution through project management software.
• Ensure quality construction standards are followed.
• Monitor and lead compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Proactively identify assess and mitigate project risks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM

• 5 years of electrical project management experience
• A bachelors degree in construction management electrical engineering or a related field or equivalent experience in the skilled trades is preferred
• Experience with industrial projects with a minimum of 25 M
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and Outlook
• Preferred experience managing a wide range of project sizes from service and maintenance to large scale turnkey projects
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills are important
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in fast paced deadline driven environments
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
