WHAT YOU WILL DO

• As a Project Manager, you will interface with clients and contractors during pre- and post-tender phases to build strong, effective business relationships.
• Independently interpret customer bid requirements and prepare detailed, accurate labor, material, equipment, and expense summaries for review and final submission.
• Responsible for the direct management and trade supervision of project.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, and on budget.
• Conduct cost analysis upon project completion to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure quality construction standards are met throughout all stages of the project.
• Comply with all governmental, company, and customer safety requirements, and actively promote a positive safety culture with the project team and on the job site.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
• Comply with the State Group’s standards and operating procedures, including those pertaining to ISO 9001:2015.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN THE TEAM

• 3+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Experience with Accubid estimating software and Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in managing industrial projects from planning through execution.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, organize, and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
