Job summary

The State Group is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for Delta Services, based in Louisville, Kentucky. You will lead complex electrical projects, direct subcontractors, and coordinate schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical project management, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or electrical engineering (or equivalent), and strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical project management experience.
• Experience with industrial projects ≥ $2.5M.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Project management and coordination of complex electrical projects.
• Direct subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Manage project schedules, including creating new schedules and updating existing ones.
• Manage administrative tasks and project execution through project management software.
• Ensure quality construction standards are followed.
• Monitor and lead compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
