Jack Hornsby Electric, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead high-profile commercial and industrial electrical projects in West Tennessee. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and field operations while serving as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and inspectors.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and growth within a family-owned contractor with a stable workload and strong reputation in the region.

Formación

• 7+ years in commercial or industrial electrical work.
• 3+ years leading electrical construction projects.
• Strong NEC and OSHA knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience reading plans and schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial and industrial projects from award to completion.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, contractors, vendors, inspectors.
• Develop project schedules and manage budgets, manpower, materials.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate field operations.
• Monitor profitability and ensure successful execution.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, permits, inspections, closeout docs.
• Build strong customer relationships through communication and service.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and field leaders.

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, contractors, vendors, and inspectors

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience reading plans, specifications, and project schedules
