Job summary

Jack Hornsby Electric, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead crews on high-profile commercial and industrial projects in West Tennessee. The role involves coordinating plan/spec work, supervising execution, and ensuring safety and quality without overnight travel.

You will read blueprints, develop daily schedules, and take ownership from start to finish on major installations and maintenance projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
• Previous foreman or leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• OSHA training or certifications are preferred.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and manage job site execution.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

West Tennessee | $28.00 to 39.00 hourly + overtime

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

We're looking for a skilled Electrical Foreman who enjoys leading crews, developing electricians, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish on high-profile commercial and industrial projects. Join our team for steady hours on some of West Tennessee's most recognized sites. Jack Hornsby Electric has completed major installations for Kirkland Cancer Center, Ballad Health Micro Hospital, Georgia-Pacific, Novalex / Duro, and Pope K-8 School. From coordinating crews on plan & spec commercial work to overseeing industrial maintenance projects, you'll play a key role in delivering quality work.
